PV System batteries were supp**** incorrectly upfront, and then had a technical fault and returned. The batteries have been back at Herholdts for more than 4 weeks awaiting diagnosis and repair, and still remain in the long queue somewhere. Feedback is generally poor and imprecise, with the Xmas shutdown now delaying any further progress by another 2 weeks or longer it seems. Very poor turnaround time on repairs/returns, and little ownership of the problem of the incorrectly supp**** equipment. Disappointing for a retailer whose website states 'Customer Service is highly important to Herholdts'.
