Do not book with Herm**** Beach Club- 106
Theeeeeee dirtiest accommodation you will ever find with an owner and managing agent who don't give a damn. As you enter the walls are dirty, the door, tiles are just a mess. The main bedroom has moilded curtains, with a stench that carries for days. If you have sinus it is a nightmare. The places reeks of mould, informed the managing agent Frikkie and said he has nothing to do with it. Told us the owner will be contacted, and we informed him we cant sleep there, they told us to cancel via bookings.com which would take our whole payment. We are sitting at a restaurant trying to book elsewhere and the Steven and Frikkie are refusing to refund us....we have pictures to prove it

Excellent service with terrible sorrounding
Beautiful place and excellent service. You must just have a car to travel around, there isn't much public transport. Squatter camps on the entrance makes the place seems creepy

A little slice of Paradise!
What a wonderful experience we had this past weekend celebrating my husband's birthday here,it was so peaceful,clean and cozy,the staff are welcoming,friendly and helpful,the place is well kept with alot of added amenities to keep everyone busy,and just 10 minutes away is the little town,markets and breathtaking views,with so much to experience,do and see...why not visit Herm****! Thank you for the memories we can't wait to go back!

Holiday scam
January 2022 we booked for 24th December 2022 till 2nd January 2023,we paid deposit and had one last payment to make,last week we were informed that the unit we booked were vandalized and they paying our money back,excluding a R500 admin fee... Apparently theres another unit available at a higher price with less days... Please help

Holiday scam

End of year holiday
This is the worst holiday resort.. They let us know a week before our holiday that our vacation had been cancelled... We were so excited to go but yet they couldn't give us an alternative.. They wanted to give us a different unit with a different price that was way more then the original price... They are the worst I would never recommend this to anyone ever

Pathetic damn service !!!
We have been paying this holiday house since January for the month of December only for them to tell us a week in advance that they have to cancel our booking due to a few broken thumbs , so you couldn’t replace those things within a week ??!!!! And when we asked for another place they pushed up the price and decreased the amount of nights to stay. Giving back our money a week in advance doesn’t do any justice to the amount of spending we did preparing to go away, damn pathetic if you ask me !!!!!! So much for planning the festive and Christmas with our damn families !!!!

Scammers
Scammers. Booked via booking.com and made payment. Afterwards I was told about the refundable breakage deposit fee. Nothing was broken, apartments were cleaned. Only to receive my deposit R500 short, nothing was communicated until I asked and I was told its because of the late checkout. I was never given any gime nothing, just money deducted from my account?!

Beach club herm****. Not the same
What used to be a beautiful, peaceful and pristine holiday destination has deteriorated. Sadly it is not a pleasure to visit anymore. Unkempt facilities, boisterous children, not to mention arrogant party goers running amok and just an obvious decline in the quality of this once stunning resort makes this a no go zone.
