Herm**** Traffic Department rocks!

I need to renew my driver's licence. After trying without success to phone their offices I emailed them this morning, providing all my details. It's now 16h00 and I've received a telephone call from consultant Skots who gave me all the info I need regarding opening hours, cost etc. I must confess I was very skeptical about getting a response at all but well done, Herm**** Traffic. I am well impressed!
