Property Transfer Breach of Contract

Good day.

I am very unhappy with the service received from Herold Gie Attorneys located in Cape Town.

I have sold my property few months ago and registration date was set for 1 November 2017. Yet no documents has been submitted for the transfer process and every phone call and email to them received emty promises.

I have to relocate and yet it is not possible due to the poor service.

I have to pay bills and services as promised to people as my money should have been available by the 1st of November.

I have no income and rely on this payment as also said to them.

I truly think this Legal Firm and its employees are totaly incompetent.

Please contact me asap regarding action against this poor and Incompetent Legal Firm because I am at the stage where things can get unnecessary ugly.
