Richard Mansour - HF technology Scam / NBC Construction Scam

The owner has stolen my money and will not return calls or pay back the money. Do not trust the owner Richard Mansour. he also owns NBC construction which is also a scam it would seem. I have gone to the police. Definitely would not recommend
