Paid for work that they said completed but they didn’t
I have spent a fortune here. Payment made upfront promises made delivered selectively. I was told that job was completed for 16 down lighters which was charged and I paid and then I had to get new electricians in due to issues as I couldn’t get hold of them only to find they failed to replace 30 percent of the transformers and took away the parts I paid for to be replaced! They owe me a refund and no one is contacting me they have become completely unavailable.

Excellent Installation and Service from HFH Electrical
After searching for a Sunsynk approved installer, I found HFH on the sunsynk.org site and contacted Hennie after having received numerous quotes before to install my own supp**** Sunsynk Inverter, Battery and Canadian solar panels. His pricing was exceptionally competitive and very affordable. However I chose him since it was so easy to reach him. He had a quote quite quickly which allowed me to make a decision. The installation was very neat, he added any parts that were not in my installation and went over and above with items that I asked about after the fact. His team were professional and friendly, and were very happy to answer my non-stop questions very patiently. They took the time to explain the entire system and ensured I could access it via the Sunsynk app. I will definitely be using Hennie as I grow the system, as well as for any further electrical requirements I may have in future!

Hfh electrical. The worst ever
Possibly the worse electrical contractor in South Africa. Hennie installed installed a solar system that doesn’t work. He has blamed everything else but himself. He demands payment upfront, leaves youngsters to do the work then leaves with out it working properly. When you try contact him he swears at you and blocks your calls. Use him at your peril
