Unreliable and dishonest

I made 2 deposits, R500 in my wallet. And R500 in my trading account. However only the 500 in my trading account is reflecting.

I sent the above enquiry along with proof of both deposits to the support team and have not received my missing R500 from my wallet. I was contacted by an account manager who was very eager to assist. But suddenly has not responded to my last 3 emails.

I just want a refund. I will never use this broker again. Very unreliable and dishonest.
