Professional, engaging and service delivery excellence at it's best! Went to Mall of the South for assistance to change over our DSTV box and we got seen to by Gresham Phejaulema. From when we arrived and explained what we required he was not only engaging and helpful. He was patient, professional and explained the full process of what he could and couldn't help us with. He went out of his way to see how he could resolve the issue. Even though we had been told it wouldn't cost us anything it did cost us R330,00 which we settled and It was no fault to Gresham. he got the box working for us and now we have what we wanted was to watch our Dstv again. Thank you for the professionalism as always and at no point did you make us feel unwelcome when the store got busy you remained focus on us and our needs and thank you for the engaging conversation whilst we waited with you. It was appreciated. 5 Stars!!
