Poor service and products.
Replaced brake pads in the beginning of December. Went back to them a week after they changed the brakes as it was constantly squeaking. They told me that they would bed into the disc and stop the noise. I drove across the entire country and they still the same. Spoke to a guy at Hi Q Bethlehem and he saw that they put poor quality brake pads that will always squeak. I now have to redo my brakes somewhere else.

Poor service and products.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Hi-Q Nico I’m beyond impressed with the incredible service from the team at Hi-Q Nico! They were diligent, fast, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. All they were meant to do was the tyres and shocks, yet they noticed a broken wheel cap in the boot and took the time to fix it — without charging us or even being asked! That level of care and attention is rare these days. Even though they only open at 8am, Attie kindly took my car before opening time so that I could still get to work on time — what amazing dedication! To top it off, they later called to let me know they had made a mistake and that my total was actually R70 cheaper. Their honesty and integrity really stood out to me. Thank you, Hi-Q Nico, for exceptional service and genuine customer care — you’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

The 'brush-off' treatment...
The customer service experience encountered was disappointing. Upon conducting a battery test at the facility, it was determined that the battery required charging. Notably, the battery is still covered under warranty. However, the staff did not provide the necessary assistance or acknowledgement regarding the warranty coverage, which left the concern unaddressed. Overall, the interaction lacked the level of support expected in such situations.

Great customer service at Hi-Q Durbanville
I made a booking to have my car checked out fir a long trip. I received a warm welcome in my home language, Afrikaans, was presented with a nice cup of coffee and sone water in their waiting room which had a range of current magazines. After about 30 minutes they came to tell me that my car was safe for the journey. I asked for the invoice and was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge. What a wonderful experience!

Quality Service
I called for Quotes from several tyre dealers - only to find Hi-Q on the button - offering me great price. They also included free tyre insurance . When I went in for the Tyres they were polite professional and Michaela went out of her way to make sure the job was done to a high quality. Highly - I Recommend this new team.
