Good day , I bought a bag from the store which was a laptop bag branded by supernova within one week the stitches came loose , and I texted them via titkok no positive response.I have the proof of purchase and pictures taken I left a review on Google as well , this bag is meant to carry my laptop and the mouse only , but it seemed like its not fit for everyday usage I dont want this bag , I will return it for a full refund.I do not want this bag and I will rate it on supernova as well , it has no value for money.

Hi store Maponya Mall has zero customer service. I took my notebook in on the 7th of September 2023 for a motherboard replacement because mine was ******. I took this store a year a 2 weeks to return my notebook. I literally got my laptop on the18th of September 2024. It literally took these people 12 months to fix my notebook. Worst part of all this, I had to constantly call for an update no one from the store had the decency to update me. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

Purchased a phone on the 29th of June. Phone fell shortly after that like all phones do at some point therefore the phone had a dent. Fast forward to 3 months later, the phone was no longer working. Took the phone in as it is still in warranty. The below happened: I was first told to pay for transportation fee for the phone to go to a technician which I refused. Phone comes back and now I'm being told: " The technician didn't wanna open the phone as it has physical damage ( from the fall ) so he won't do a diagnosis. You need to pay as we don't refund or repair technical faults." I AM BEYOND LIVID.

Bad service from ordering an iPhone 11 online - Order no: B285732-01 I ordered an iPhone 11 online on the 3rd of September. The phone was delivered on the 9th of September at Markham Store in Newtown Junction. I collected the phone and left. Upon arriving at home, I unwrapped my package and I discovered that I was given the wrong phone. I made an escalation and I was requested by Tarryn to take pictures of the phone. I was then advised to go swap the phone at a Hi Store in Maponya Mall. At Maponya Mall they refused to swap because the box was opened but the phone was sealed. I advised the stuff that I was requested by Tarryn to take pictures and that's why the box was neatly opened. I was then advised that I must go swap the phone at a Hi Store in Menlyn Mall( that's 50kms away and its costly). I ordered the phone online because its convenient for me to do so and I paying R10 500 for a product and service but I'm only receiving *******. I don't understand why am I being given a run around like this. This is the worst service ever !!!

We brought a power bank online. In less than a month, the charging port has become loose. When my elderly mom goes to the store to return this product due to bad quality. They seem to be giving her a runaround. If your staff won't be able to provide good service to the elderly for online purchases, change your return policy so it can be done without having to use one's own money to return a bad product. We are also not going to be bul**** into accepting low-quality products. Rather, refund us our money.
