WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY A MASSAGE CHAIR FROM HOME TECH !!! ALSO HIGH-TEMP ALSO HOME TECHNOLOGIES GROUP We spent R35,000 on a luxury chair. After 3 years it needed repairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE TO NON-EXISTENT!!! They send you to an unprofessional sub-contractor for repairs who gives you the run around for months and makes you replace every part and pay in advance. R13,500 later in replaced parts and the chair still does not work. Apparently the chair is from China and HOME TECH does not have the spares in SA to repair the chair!!! We can't get the repair guy to come back since July 2025. He clearly doesnt have the skills or spares the repair the chair! I have emailed every number and email address, even the owner Dominic Stymes on LinkedIn. His 1 line response was he is no longer in SA. Contact the support number! Finally a response from an email address saying they will "reach out to Stanley (the repair sub-contractor) and get all adequate information" !!! WHAT KIND OF A SHAM COMPANY IS THIS? I feel like reporting them to the Dept of Trade and Industry and SABS!!! How can you sell an expensive imported electronic item with no service and repair parts available for after-market repairs??? WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY A MASSAGE CHAIR FROM HOME TECH / HIGH-TEMP!!!

Very bad service
Hi I bought a lot of stuff from Temu it has been pending shipping since the 2nd of November I paid for my order on the 28th of October have not paid customs yet as fastway indicates they have not received the packages yet. Very irritated as packages were for gifts and now they are not arriving never had this issue with Temu before and customer care just gives you the same answer we apologise blah blah blah. Will definitely not be ordering from Temu ever again after this ordeal there is no support and no urgency as well as no worry from there side R20 credit is definitely not going to buy gifts..... Worse service ever

Very Poor service. Some of the riser pipes (thin pipes) started leaking where the pipes clips into the plastic bracket that holds all the pipes together. The panels are 4 years old now and it state on the invoice that i have a 12 year warranty. Now they come with story`s that i am not in my warranty but i am 100% in my warranty. They just ignore your mails and if they answer you they are just rude. I was willing to repair the panels myself if they send me the spares but now i will make sure that they replace all the panels. Will hand them over to my attorney. Please DO NOT use this *********** company. Surely one of the worst companies Ii worked with in my live. They also do not want to give the owners info but i will get it. Stay away from them.

False Advertising / Fraud
False Advertising - Selling products that they do not own / have stock of on their "massagechairs" domain. Reported for fraud, still waiting for my refund. Excuse is that they can't remove the product from their website as the "owner" is "overseas".

False advertising and bad service
They sell you a DIY kit, but it is not DIY. Even their own installer confirmed that they are selling a chinese product that has other sizes than what we use in SA. They do not supply a conversion kit. If you pay extra for the installation kit, they give you a bag full of 50mm fitting but the panel they supply does not have 50mm piping, it is smaller. Gave them an oppertunity to rectify the issue but they pass the ball back to the customer, making their problems , yours.

Worst customer experience ever.
Please read these reviews before getting involved with this company. They make you pay pretty much 100% upfront. They failed to arrive on time to install numerous times. Initial installation not done properly and accused my pool team of setting up filter incorrectly. Only to pull up my new tiles, breaking some, to find out they had installed their piping incorrectly. Fozia is rude, unprofessional and accused us of lying over and over again. Never takes responsibility for anything and whole experience been terrible. Pool still not working and Hi Temp no where to be found. Stay away.
