Questionable Activities

To avoid this getting taken down, i will just give you the facts.

I brought an iPad, noticed insurance amounts coming off i did not request, upon cancelling it with the Foschini group did I see only partial of the information on the insurance form was mine such as ID and TFG account number but the cell number, address, signature and device insured was not mine. and the employee that authorized it.

TFG confirmed a refund is coming for the many months i paid for this surprising insurance. I then phone the store and I queried about the employee at Hi that authorized it, silence on the line. they will not admit to anything that was apparently a glitch but contradicted herself in that same sentence.
