Worse company in the world, Why all I want to say is that Hino Isando you really tried to pull a sheet over my eyes on a service on one of my trucks. Guys please explain where i will be needing a basic overall engine redo if i send my Truck there for an A-class service. There was no way that i needed that engine overall. as i drove my truck to your service center and no oil, coolant leaking anywhere when i droped it off. when we collected the truck from you and you trying to stop us from taking our truck Please explain where the coolant was on the floor and why we could drive the truck for almost 250KM without engine blowing up. You even trying to charge us for stuff that wasn't needed in the A-class Service. I took the truck to a different Hino Service Center with your quotation on the repairs needed to be done and they could not I repeat COULD NOT find the faults that you had on the quotation

My Company Prestige auto made an order with Buffalo Toyota for parts specifically coming from Hino for a truck. Reference number 1198429 The part was order almost 3 weeks ago and the ETA on the part keeps changing. This is holding back business on our side and the customer is starting to become aggravated as his business is also on hold. Please can someone contact us regarding this issue and get this part to us asap. Please note we also paid cash up front for a full order of over R40k.

Good day I would just like to share my bad experience with hino pinetown ,as I have already been reading pathetic reviews about there product . So being the owner of a Mitsubishi fuso Wich never once gave me a problem to purchasing a brand new hino 5 ton with endless problems that cost much more than the fuso . First of all I would like to say your salesman Cecil welldone to you you did go out of you way to assist me . So initially when the truck was purchased the gears where difficult to select and brakes made a huge noise I informed my salesman he did say we should use it the gears ect will soften and the truck will bed itself , I did agree with him bearing in mind I am in the motor car industry for 15 years , as he said the gears did eventually at around 2300km ease up thou the noise was still there on the brakes and suspension I did continue to use the truck I did inform my salesman he said I should bring it through that Monday . On Sunday night we where called out to assist on an accident scene by an Insurnace company as we loaded the vehicle onto my truck I then switched the truck off and spoke to the saps on scene so he could get my details embarrassingly the truck refused to start being a brand new truck with under 3000km I humiliatingly called help Wich was there in 20mins and they advised me the battery’s are flat I’m further inspection the had informed me the batteries are swollen I did have a look and agreed with them . In any event I got my truck back to the yard , the next day we got it cleaned and as soon as I was free on that very same Thursday I took it into hino pinetown . A very polite guy by the name of Terrence kept calling my manager informing him of all the issues . 1. The rear brakes where over adjusted . 2. The front suspension link needed adjustment . 3 . The batteries are defective . We did agree for all of that to be sorted out hence the truck is still new doing Now around 3000km why would there be so many defects . On that very same Friday my manager is informed that the truck batteries are defective and they are putting a claim through . After an hour the gentleman phones my manager to say your truck is ready for pickup nothing was wrong with the batteries driving 180km round trip with my driver my fuel and obviously my vehicle went to pickup the truck . On the way back the brakes started making a noise again the driver informed me I did tell him to stop at petro port to fuel up and here the problem starts , the truck refuses to start again I did try calling hino pinetown after the 7th attempt got put through a guy by the name of Caz very very arrogantly said that the technician is on his way . After a long wait here they arrived technician says I told Caz these batteries are defective it will not work . Toyota such a big brand playing marbles taking chances ? What would that say about there product . The technician further removed the battery cover and puts it in the truck scratching the lower dashboard . I then questioned why did the batteries swell up like this it could have exploded I then looked at the batteries there was a designer floor from factory of the clams that the bracket blocked off the breather on the batteries Wich they used an angle grinder to cut a slot into it . Welldone Toyota is this the kind of workmanship we can expect from you . The technician then informed me this supposed to be done on the PDI . I spoke to the guy name Caz again he informed me that it’s not his problem the batteries are under warranty with battery Centre . My question is did I buy the truck from battery Centre how does this become my problem ,I proceeded to calling customer care explained the events that took place and up until today I have not got any feedback this is the 7th day going . Who pays my down time who pays my driver that is doing nothing ? For a truck that’s doing only 3000km so many faults can you imagine once it does get older . I would like to further more say I would never buy another Toyota product again . My attorneys are busy dealing with this matter .

Re: REG-FGT 147 GP’ The above mentioned vehicle was brought in for a fault and service but we unfortunately did not receive good service. On the 19 November 2020 we called for an update on the vehicle and we were informed the car was ready for collection. When we sent our driver to collect the vehicle , at 11h00 upon arrival he found the car would not start. The service consultant Lindy Anne Myburgh advised us the driver broke the car when trying to start the vehicle. We are now sitting with questions when R61 288,42 was required from Hino to fix the vehicle and was paid in full. 1. What are their company procedures in terms of end service delivery? ( please note Lindy Anne informed us the company does not have company procedures.) 2. The company outsourced an auto electrical company to fix certain sections of the car and yet the car will not start and it is now our drivers fault? 3. Lindy Anne stated it is common for trucks not to start after being fixed due to them standing for too long yet nothing was done to fix this before handing the vehicle over , is it common practice to leave the rest to the customer when you are aware the car will not start? 4. The vehicle was in and is still in their premises meaning it failed to dispatch from their premises due to failure to start does this not reflect as failed service delivery? Please note contact was made with Lindy Anne who was abrupt and rude before hanging up, upon an inquest on the issue. the company is refusing to deal with the matter of the vehicle claiming our driver tried to push start the vehicle which burnt parts in the vehicle. Toyota referred us to your offices and we trustingly brought the vehicle knowing that your company is a subsidiary of the Toyota group. It is standard procedure for any company to ensure service delivery is completed to the very end and in this regard the car was not fixed and they are now demanding we pay for what they claim was damage caused by our driver who was there to collect the vehicle. We are a small business and the impact the absence of this truck has had on the business is great. Despite our financial challenges we ensured to pay the required cost in full. We are beyond the word frustrated as this is impacting our business and will now do so unfairly so. Highly frustrated customer.

Hino Pomona, The Parts team is unhelpful - Ordered item and paid for the item through EFT FNB to FNB, Went to pick up the item with POP and the Parts consultant shrugged and said he cannot assist as the payment does not reflect on the system, What is the use of providing a POP if it is not sufficient evidence that I paid for the item? This is the second time I have experienced unhelpful/no assistance from the Parts consultants @pomona Hino
