Redemption
I previously posted a review of dissatisfaction about Hira projects following a disappointment. I can report that they have since come back to correct all faults and remain committed to stay close should any further issues occur.

BEWARE OF HIRA PROJECTS - STAY AWAY
To everyone out there that views this business's profile. BEWARE!!!! They advertise on many sites like Snupit etc. DO NOT let them quote or take on any work for you or on your behalf. They advertise expertise that they are not skilled or qualified in and most importantly they don't get the work done right or complete. They will take your money and they won't come back to fix or complete. I had to revert to the consumer protector to order them to come back. It has been almost two years since the mess they made. They returned in October 2022 (1 year later after the order from the consumer protector) and made some repair but not effectively. They will keep telling you they will come but will either make excuses or never pitch. They can't be trusted and they have no pride in their work and they lack skill and sufficient ability to do the work they advertise. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! STAY AWAY

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! Lack of knowledge and skill. Over promise and under deliver!! The owner will take your money and run.
