**Warning! ************* Practices – Stay Away from HitBTC**
I had a terrible experience with HitBTC. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R249,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with HitBTC and would advise others to stay away from them. HitBTC Inactive fee ****
If i could give HitBTC zero stars, i would. When it comes to Crypto most individuals put money into coins and forget about them as they are seen as a long term plan. However, this lovely company introduced an inactivity fee of $20 per month which was conveniently not emailed to it's users. - During a bear market!! Where the majority of users are holding on to avoid losses. Terms of Service, 18.4 Inactive Account Fee. In case during 6 (six) months the User has not made a single Trade, or single Deposit, or single Withdrawal of Funds, the Account of such User shall be considered Inactive Account (“Inactive Account “). For all Inactive Accounts, HITBTC applies a monthly fee, which is the equivalent of 20 (twenty) USDT at the current SPOT rate of the USDT to the Currency in which the fee will be debited (“Inactive Account Fee “). From the moment of recognizing the Account as Inactive, HITBTC has the right, without notification of the User, to debit Inactive Account Fee every calendar month, including charging Inactive Account Fee in the current month for the previous months when the Account was deemed Inactive. Imagine your bank suddenly debiting your savings account because you have not transferred money into the account or withdrawn funds for 6 month's.. Avoid these ****mers, *******, et al!!
