This institution has *********** staff working there, they don’t know the meaning of customer service. Administrator Kgothatso claims to have sent me emails regarding the examination venue confirmation together with their examination time table. She omitted sending me the communication and then tries to fool me and send an edited version that she just had put my name. She didn’t realise that she did not remove certain things. I work in the digital forensic sector and it’s the kind of things we pick up when doing investigations. She doesn’t communicate and when I communicated with her she doesn’t reply. It happened to me a number of times. Kgothatso is not taking accountability for her error, we are all human after all. Today was a cherry on top she calls me at 08h40 to inform me that I won’t be able to write my exams scheduled to start at 09h00 same day. I had to hound her to get just the timetable, now this… Her superior Nokwanele instead of handling the situation because I was fuming with anger she tells me that she won’t assist me because I am irate and not allowing her to talk. All she did was to shift the blame back at me saying that Kgothatso sent me all relevant information required and I have been forwarded the email that was sent to me prior and there was no response on my side. That’s the same one that has been edited to include my name. No one could actually put themselves in my shoes, empathy is not in the both of them. Instead they want to prove that they are right, when they are not. When one has to pay fees they are quick to inform one of balance owing. I paid my fees in full plus minus R25000.00. In the end I am unable to write my examinations. I had to walk out of the classroom without writing. If they sent those emails they claim they sent, why would I sabotage myself in the end. At first Kgothatso claimed that she has never received my assignments for module 3. Of which PostNet has confirmed the delivery. Why am I being discriminated and why is there accountability on HJN side. I have all paperwork for the work done and sent to HJN, yet only today there is new discoveries. Can someone high up at HJN sort out the mess that is happening there, am not the only one that is not happy with the service I am getting from there. I have worked in customer service and this kind of service is unacceptable. Frustrated customer Pumla Kutwana

This guy's are not professional at all. Went to their graduations on the 5th of November 2021. What a disaster. The event was scheduled for 10h00am but everything began hours later. Also there was no water provided for parents. The hall didn't even look like a graduation venue. It was as basic as it is in church. They didn't put effort into making the even memorable for graduates. It looked like a Sunday school class. Parents did not have chairs! They had to stand also the students had to remind unseated the entire ceremony. After such a long day with no water or food provided, the MC only gave introductory praises to his own favorite people. This looks more unprofessional. Next time, please hire decor, proper stands and MC.
