Best resting space in the Drakensberg.
My only g0-to place in the Drakensberge. Peaceful, Excellent views, Friendly staff, good food, excellent service, bird paradise, beautiful caravan plots and spacious chalets

Filthy unhealthy stay
Went to hlalanathi lodge in durban and we had the worst experience ever. 7 adults and 8 children. Firstly we were told that the person who processed our booking passed on l, then we joticed that they prepared 2 sleepers instead of 3 sleepers. The kitchen was dirty, the have old burnt ports, burnt tupperware dishes, cattlery is even worse, the toilets were drippin wet and prostitutrs were walking in and out ( imagine what our childwn saw). We were accused of braking a window, were there for three days but our bedding was never changed and we had to clean while the staff was boozing
