HLOX DISHONEST ELECTRICAL SOLAR COMPANY

This company is nothing more than a fly by night dishonest company, who for the past one and half years has still not finished the job that they were paid to do. Hlox quoted us a price we accepted then we paid them up-front to do solar. When we checked the solar at first it was not working they removed the battery. We had to fight for a few months for them to bring it back and finish the installation. When they brought the battery back after numerous fights and lawyers letters we then checked the solar when loadshedding kicked in and realized that half the house was not done. They promised to come back but they disappeared. We have tried to contact them by every means, they ignore calls and do not answer any form of communication They also messed up the main electrical board and we had to call in other electricians to fix the board up only. Now we are left with a problem that when there is load shedding my kitchen and staff rooms do not work on solar. In honesty we should NEVER have paid them upfront for the work, and we should have checked Hellopeter for reviews. They are shoddy in every way.
