No response
Several emails no response, require the COC and the SSEG documents, emails sent to Sarina Strauss (sarina.strauss@glint.co.za) with no response. Unsure who can assist as there are several companies i have dealt with Hohm energy, Glint (debit order), Solar Advice, Solar and Sun or G Force Energy.

I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Hohm Energy and would advise others to stay away from them. Incorrect Invoicing and no after sales services
Sent you guys an email on having a mismatch from the invoice and the loan amount on my MFC account, been 5 business days and no reply. Tried phoning and after the voice the line goes dead. Please fix this asap and send me the correct invoice

Worse experience
My solar system was installed by Hohm and they did half a job like not even grounding the panels. I’ve been battling with them since last year November to rectify this but nothing has been done. They tried charging me with the full quote for the remedial work that is their responsibility. Every month I need to deal with someone new and its just a continuous dead end and now just being ignored. I wish I never used Hohm for my installation.

Based on your 9.2 rating we tried to contact Holm Energy! Do they exist? All email and phone contact attempts come up emptyhanded. welcome@hohmenergy.com and 0860 99 5127 010 510 4449 Surely they should thus be deleted from your "highly recommended" listing?
