HOLAFLY - ESIM BUSINESS

This is a company that states that they offer refunds, should your phone not be compatible with their esim. They say 7 to 10 days one should receive a refund. It's been now over a month and all they do is send one email or message after another stating "they are working on it"!! Very unhelpful and very unprofessional.
