Holmes property
The company does not give a rental agreement on their name, instead it T/A Holmes property. After several messages between us and the agent I was told that I should be lucky to have a roof over my head. There is no maintenance as agreed. Swimming pool pump I had to replace after the agent and his drunk friend burnt out the motor. Borehole motor does not work. Electrical repairs totalling R24000 cannot be completed and found out today R61000 in arrears by the previous tenants as the agent always had arrangements with the municipality. Principal gave me 21 days to vacate the premises all without a valid reason. Owner of the house cannot be reached either.
