I purchased a pair of holster sandals which came with a flaw. The strap came loose after only wearing them twice. They cost an absolute fortune and the quality is definitely not worth the price. I have liaised with the customer service team from Holster South Africa and no one has bothered to get back to me. I wont be buying another pair of holsters.

I've purchased several pairs of Holsters over the years, and unfortunately, each time they ended up breaking. Despite my previous experiences, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pair on November 27, 2023. Upon receiving the confirmation, I was informed that the delivery would take 3 - 5 business days. However, as of today, I still haven't received my shoes, and there has been no communication from Holsters. Frustratingly, I had to contact the Courier Guy to inquire about the status of my order, only to discover that Holsters had created the shipment seven working days later. This entire process has been a horrible experience. While I understand that it was post-Black Friday, I received all my other orders within 3 working days (from Cape Town) with constant communication about the delivery process, even if there were delays. Once again, this unfortunate incident has reaffirmed why I hesitate to order from them.

Been a customer fot ten years. Not only has the quality deteriorated, the price has hone up and the customer service is shocking. Shoes crack at soles, trimmings come off. Unless they act now, they won’t survive

I have supported Holster for at least 7 years and own 7 pairs of sandals. Of those, 4 pairs have broken and come unglued and not form excess use! the last straw was the most recent purchase that lasted about 4 uses. I think I have reached the end of the road with this brand. VERY DISAPPOINTING quality.

I have supported Holster for at least 7 years and own 7 pairs of sandals. Of those, 4 pairs have broken and come unglued and not form excess use! the last straw was the most recent purchase that lasted about 4 uses. Holster SA has been sold and have moved from Durban to Cpt. The new owners are not helpful or friendly at ALL. I have at least 20 pairs of holsters and was also listed as a stylist, I have never had an issue until now. I contacted the new owners advising that i have lost a stone on one of my shoes, they were not helpful at all and just said the stock you see here is what we have we cant help you with that style you have. Told me I can contact Australia myself if I want to find out if the can help me with a new stone.

Firstly, let me start by saying I have been a loyal supporter of Holster for the past 5 years. Every season I purchase one or two pairs of sandals (I actually get teased about having the same sandal in different colours!). However, I am now in possession of at least 3 pairs of Holsters, all fairly new, that have broken in such a way that they are impossible to fix. This really is disappointing as I have no problem paying a premium for good quality shoes that are going to last, but I am now rethinking Holster quality. When I contacted them to complain they stated that the shoes are unfortunately outside of the 6 month warranty period so I cannot exchange or get a refund. In other words, Holsters are only made to last for 6 months? Considering sandals are seasonal and probably only worn for 2 months at a time, this means that it essentially costs R 500 plus per month to wear a pair of Holsters before you can chuck them in the bin. Disgusting, Holster, you have not only lost a loyal customer but I will advise all my friends not to buy Holsters!

Took it out yesterday morning and i lost 3 stones on 1 sandle during the day. REALLY I CANT WEAR THEM AGAIN. AND HOLSTER SAYS SORRY NEEDS POP AND RECEIPT.!!!!
