Holy CrossCarpentry Fraud
Fraud! We paid deposit of R3700 for a bathroom vanity end of April 2019, with promise of delivery on the 9th of May 2019. Today is the 12th of June, and we still haven't receive any goods or refund. Eugene Ferreira the owner first was full of excuses and stories, no he just ignore our message or phone calls. Please beware of this company or doing business with them!

30 Jun 2019, 20:10Helo Mariska, we constantly kept contact with the client Sarel We were told that there is no rush for the vanity unit as the bathroom was still going to be tiled and plumbing attended as said by the client Sarel it is an extremely old house and all pipes needed replacing,

We finished the unit and employed a person to deliver the client Sarel

30 Jun 2019, 20:16And 2 other completed orders, we have used this delivery service previously and therefore did not suspect any foul-play. Not one of the 3 deliveries was done and we had no means of retrieving the goods or the person delivering the furnishings. We however purchased the wood AGAIN at our own expense

I have ask for bank details on numerous times to pay back his deposit and he refused to supply his bank details

30 Jun 2019, 20:21He has threatened using the same means as he did with retrieving R300 000-00 from someone who owed him that amount.....what ever that is about. We have never taken money and NOT delivered. We have countless good satisfied references and do not just disappear.

Thanks for putting everything in writing for me and admitting that the delivery was NOT done.
We have all the evidence and I see more people are coming forward with the same problem
I don't care if you got a third party involved or if you did something out of your own pocket or whatever, the FACT is we paid you a deposit for goods, which was not delivered up to this day. And Sarel contacted you numerous times to follow up and to arrange where we can pick up our deposit or the goods, and then you just stop the communication..
Its a shame that we have to use Hello Peter to hear from you...
I will advise that you contact Sarel (and Karen, see below) as soon as possible..
