I bought dining table chairs and couches in January 2020. On the 11th February 2020 i reported a 1 seater couch that was delivered broken although i let it loose by not requesting for refund. It took the company months to repair the couch not considering the lockdown regulations. In October 2020 i logged another call regarding the couches cushions that are capsizing, i have not received assistance to date nor has someone come to assess the problem. The sub-contractor they are using is useless to state, they have been making arrangements without honoring them. Home corp has failed me. The frustration of using a product one is not happy with is killing me now.

I ordered a TV 55inch online and it is written delivery period 2 to 5 days So hifi corp team are very rude and its now the second week 8 day nothing came through and they are full of lies. Now lm be told it is going to be delivered on the 3rd week which lm not sure if they are going to do. They are just scam. They dont want with my money

Such great customer service from all staff, but especially Vikesh, who patiently assisted me all the way with my purchase. He made things happen. I'm so excited about the speedy delivery. Thank you sooooooo much.

I received a microwave as a Gift from someone, the microwave was bought from homecorp in January this year. The same Microwave stopped working 3 days ago. I took it into homecorp Boksburg where I was told it was purchased and explained to the manager the situation and he said that he was unable to assist unless I had a receipt. I asked him to please check against serial numbers which would easily prove that the Microwave has in fact been purchased in that same store to which he responded that they don't store Serial Numbers nor would he even be able to assist me with a replacement as the store is currently closing down. He was also unable to trace the original Purchase receipt as he said that there was no way for him to do that, which also does not make sense. I work with stock and invoicing systems and the easiest way to track stock movements and sales and prevent fraudulent warranty claims is to check against serial numbers!. It makes no sense whatsoever that a store the size of Homecorp does not store and has no ability to reference an item that has actually been purchased in their store and has been brought in for a legitimate warranty claim. Due to the urgency, I've had to take the item to an appliance repair shop and will have pay for a repair that should have been covered under warranty . I'm disgusted by the service and will not recommend anyone from purchasing from a store that clearly has no after sales service or ability to trace their purchases!.

I received a microwave as a Gift from someone, the microwave was bought from homecorp in January this year. The same Microwave stopped working 3 days ago. Still no contact made from Management. Kempton store has a closing down sale-can someone please contact me and take your bed back and give me my money please. The material around the bed is actually tearing on a R6000 bed:-(

Very very poor service. I bought a king size bed. Called them the next day to return. Unfortunately they don't return so took a queen size bed which was even worse then the king bed bought. Called them and complained the 3rd of of purchase.. 5months still no response. Just give me my money back.
