On 14 August we bought a bedding set from Home Garden Kitchen via their online store and paid via Paypal. We received the confirmation order and on Facebook they told my husband that we would receive the order 7 - 10 days from payment.
In the meantime we have followed up via email and social media as they don't have a telephone number. We have not received any feedback from them as yet despite our requests for an update on our order. I had one inbox social media message to ask for my order number but nothing since then. All their mails also bounce.
Extremely dissapointed!
