My aunt ordered a washing machine from them,she paid R699 plus R250 for delivery and they only sent a driver with no one to help her off load...the service was really bad im disappointed Driver name is Eric.

I woud really not recommend this service provider to anyone. I ordered from them via their website and the fabric received was totally different than what was advertised. It's not just a slight monitor colour difference. I had to phone a few times before the person dealing with this queries phoned me back . After that, he gave me the whattsup number to sent the photos to . Now he is reading my messages but not giving feedback or even replying, It's not that i can use the fabric for something else because it is 50 meters . If the picture on the website was correct i wouldn't have order the fabric. He is playing with my lively hood .

I recently had the privilege of buying a LOT of cut sections of fleece from this store. Between Rafiq (my favorite uncle!) and Madrina, they ensured I was updated regularly, that my "blankets" were ready for loading before every deadline and that the blankets were ready to be handed out to our homeless community before the cold snap hit. I am super thankful for all the hard work that made our CSI project a success. Looking forward to working with you again in 2026.

I recently had the privilege of buying a LOT of cut sections of fleece from this store. Between Rafiq (my favorite uncle!) and Madrina, they ensured I was updated regularly, that my "blankets" were ready for loading before every deadline and that the blankets were ready to be handed out to our homeless community before the cold snap hit. I am super thankful for all the hard work that made our CSI project a success. Looking forward to working with you again in 2026.

I had a terrible experience with [Store Name]. I saw a set of six glasses advertised online for R35, but when I went to the store, they told me the price was actually R169 in-store and that the lower price was online only. Fine—I decided to order online instead. However, after placing my order, they suddenly changed the terms, saying the price was actually per glass, not for the set of six, even though the listing clearly stated "6 pieces." To make matters worse, they canceled my order and now I have to wait seven days for a refund! This is completely unacceptable. I need my money now so I can buy glasses elsewhere. This feels like false advertising and a very poor customer experience. I won’t be shopping here again!

WHAT A TOTAL USELESS ******* COMPANY, WHO TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE DOGS, AND THEY CONTINUE TO LIE TO US, EVEN AFTER WE HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS. I WAS SO DISGUSTED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED TO ME YESTERDAY, WHERBY I CALLED THE USELESS HOME HYPER CITY IN PRETORIA CBC. I SAW A FREEZER ADVERTISED ON THE BIRTHDAY SPECIAL FOR A 299LT AT R 3 599-00. I THEN CALLED THE STORE, AND SPOKE TO WUNAND, WHICH NOT ONLY IS USELESS, BUT HE CONTINUED TO LIE, AND PUT EXCUSE ON TOP OF EXCUSE. I TOLD HIM, I SAW THE PPROMOTION ONLINE, AND I EVEN GAVE WYNARD THE CODE. HE CONFIRMED THEY DID HAVE THE STOCK ON HAND. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT PROMOTION WAS FINISHED. I THEN TOLD HIM, WHY IS IT STILL ADVERTISES. HE THEN TOLD ME THEY FORGOT TO TAKE IT OFF. I THEN TOLD HIM, THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. YOU ADVERTISE A PRODUCT, KEEP TO YOUR PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMER. I received excellent customer service from Home Hyper City. I liaised with them via their WhatsApp number and sent a photo of a fabric I was looking for. They were able to send back a live video of the fabrics in the range I wanted, facilitated online payment and delivered my items to Durban in slightly less than 24 hours. The quality of their fabrics is amazing and well worth the price.

They were able to send back a live video of the fabrics in the range I wanted, facilitated online payment and delivered my items to Durban in slightly less than 24 hours. The quality of their fabrics is amazing and well worth the price.

I saw a stove I liked on their online platform. Before placing the order I called the store to ask them if they have it in stock - they said YES. I asked them if they are sure they have it in stock and they got annoyed with me. Low and behold a week later they call to tell me they do not have the stove in stock. This really broke my heart as I am moving into a new place, and have scheduled this move around the arrival of the stove. I do not have a budget to live off takeaways, and I do not have extra money to order another stove as I wait for them to refund me. Not only have I lost a week but I have to wait another 10 days for the refund to reflect. They have messed up all of my plans. I will never ever again purchase from these guys

I bought a TV, same day I experienced a problem with it. I informed the shop, they refused to exchange it, I asked about its warranty and what the consumer act is saying about returning of goods within 7 days, they are also rude.
