HOME-TIES online shop a ****?

Placed an order on 19/8/23. Website processed order and said "awaiting bank wire payment". EFT payment went through successfully. Correct reference number included. No further response from business. Telephone number always unavailable. Sent proof of payment via their message app on their website. Also sent it to their fax number. Website display of order history still shows "awaiting bank wire payment". Conclusion: This is either a **** or else the business has gone bankrupt. Write off my loss. A little wiser for the experience.
