Very Poor Service

This service doesn't even warrant a single star rating. My previous order with them was a success, which is why I decided to place another order. However, this time, the experience was a complete reversal of my earlier satisfaction. It has been two weeks, and I have received absolutely no information or updates regarding my order. It's as if they took my money and vanished into thin air. Even their contact number is unresponsive this time. I'm not just disappointed; I'm utterly disheartened by this experience.
