Home cloud didn't provide me my data as states in contracts

-1 star. Please help looking for this people. I've been struggling for a weekk without success i don't know what to do I used all my airtime for this month lnth i i notice a lot of people complaining what can i do to trace / track them please help.😡😡😡😡😡😡
