Mislead consumers on providers listed on their website

I had a dealing with company i found via https://www.homeimprovement4u.co.za/directory/wentworth-construction-pty-ltd-43707.html and had very bad experience and decided to go their site and review the company but till today my review is no where to be found, makes me wonder how many bad reviews for other incompetent companies were not taken live and people still end up hiring them and getting robbed, the site keep listing how highly the company is rated but by who?
