Good Evening I'm writing this with a heavy heartππππππ. In June 2022 I bought a car via finance at Honda Westrand, before putting the application in I asked about the state of the car if it has a warranty and is accident free. The guy who was helping me told me that the car is accident free and it has a warranty. 26 July 2024, I took a car for a major service because it was starting to act up. Only to find out the car is written off and Warranty is blocked. I did a background check and found out that this car was involved in a major/ fatal accident and it was written off, I also find that the car is duplicate and some parts are missing. I took back the car on the 29 of July 2024 and asked them about the car and they told me that they will do a background check first. Yesterday 07 August 2024 I went back to check the process and the manager told me that he didn't know anything about a car being written off, he didn't know that the car doesn't have a warranty ππ he bought a car from rental company. He also said that he reported the matter to Motus Honda Head office and they told him to take the matter to Motus Legal Team. I asked for a reference to show that he is doing something with this matter, he failed to produce references. The manager is taking advantage of me because I am a woman, He is not even showing emotional remorse n he is showing me that he doesn't care about what I am going through. I am paying this car every month Installment, Insurance and Trackerπππ. He doesn't care how he has put my life and my family's life in danger of selling me a written off car with parts missing.I am so heart broken ππ, I'm in pain.

After my Cam belt snapped, I had it replaced, but the timing was not set correctly. So I thought it would be a good idea to bring it to professionals. Honda westrand sorted out the issue, and my car performed beautifully.... for 2 days. Had to tow my baby back to Honda, to be informed that the distributer had 'broken' They told me that they could get it reconditioned, but within the week, and installed the following week. however, this has not been the case. Honda has not contacted me at all, and every followup was done by myself. They have now had my car for 17 days, and still no feedback. Highly disappointed, and would NOT recommend this place. I just want my car back! Although she didnt perform before, at least she was mobile. I feel Honda westrand has destroyed my car as she doesnt even start after taking her to 'professionals'

I went to this branch in December of last year interested in trading my car in on a Honda Ballard. I was in no hurry to change vehicles and started looking in the December, by going to Wheelie(disappointed), We Buy Cars(disappointed) on trading. Hannes approached me via email and I went through to consider trading vehicle. All I can say is that in May of this year I took delivery of my Honda with such great service from Hannes and Meagan. Fantastic dealership, friendly and. very helpful. Would highly recommend them and thanks for your patience and excellent service. Loving the car now!!

I was received with a smile by Michelle the administrator and the store manager Pieter, they are proffessional and efficient . HONDA Westrand charged me over R 23 000 and replace parts that was not faulty on the car. The car left with the same problem it came in with. What makes it worst is that I told them what the quoted does not make sense. But they were very arrogant and said that is the problem. Instead of correcting their mistake when they realized they quoted the wrong parts, they **** about it and tried to convince me they could only find the real problem after all the other parts was changed. Then they should have put the parts that was not faulty back is what a company would do that isn't ********. Their complaints department does not come back to you. Their Service Manager is the one that was trying to lie to me about it. So how does on do something about this? Honda doesn't care apparently that things like this is happening at their Dealerships.

BRENDA !!!! - super bad service award called 10 am on tuesday 14 nov -gave her my vin number 3 x and asked for a quote on gearbox service only -Brenda said she would call me back ..... this morning (15 nov ) at 9.30 i called Brenda , she asked for my details and that i should remind her what it was for?????????tehn she **** and said she did try call me ?? what a circus
