My biggest regret

<div>I hired Honesta projects to do a renovation inlcuding building a new bedroom and bathroom, breaking through a wall and adding a ensuite. This was meant to be a 5 week project. I made all payments as requested - witholding only the final payment until the project is done. To date the project that started on 21 Jan 2023 is still incomplete. Not one line item has been completed by Honesta Projects (also going by Honesta Building Services). The work started great in the first two weeks and the deliverables were met, he then started on working on several parts of the build, increasingly asking for larger sums so that he can "complete" the work. Here's a breakdown of the current situation: - The roof installed on the new extensions was incorrectly installed and needs to be re-installed - Additional roof work done in my bedroom - now needs to be replaced as it was poorly done - There are rooms that have no windows - None of the bathrooms are done. - They have no toilets, basins or baths installed - None of the electrical work is done. - The required demolision is not done. - My stack doors, bathroom doors and double doors that have been "ordered" have never arrived. The project is at best 65% done, to date no aspect of the working taken on is complete. I now have to hire new contractors to replace the inferior workmanship. ***** says many things, has a reason and an excuse for everything, but as it turns out not much of what he said was true. I can't believe that the intention was ever to deliver a complete product. After spending all that money I now have a house that I'm not able to live in.</div>
