Terrible service

Terrible service. Made a mistake by ordering from her more than once. First time there was a problem with delivery, second time I arranged to collect it and drove all the way just to find out she wasn't there. Third time they delivered to the wrong person and I didn't get my product. This time I ordered in October... Got promises to deliver a few times and nothing... Then I told her to pay back my money. She had excuses and I must give her just a little more time . I gave her the requested amount of extra time and no results. Then she said she paid over the money, but it is still not in my account.
