UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! A TOTAL SCAM!

I purchased tights from them somewhere in July 2020. The lady told me they will take about 18 work days for delivery. September came, I followed up with her. She said she will get back to me and delivery will take place soon. September month went. I followed up again in October. I received the tights end of October month. Low and behold not only did they deliver it at the incorrect address, I specifically told her 2 x small tights. After I received them finally, they were both clearly marked "XL"! HOW FRUSTRATING THIS WAS! After waiting MONTHS for 2 tights - to top it off she got the order so horribly wrong in the end!

That's not even the end of it. I asked for a refund. She said yes she will do it asap. It is now January 2021, and still no refund from them. All she does is keep telling me it'll be done asap.... I feel I need to get lawyers involved because this is a total SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!
