Honeysuckle Haven Worst Frail care

My aunt was at Honeysuckle Haven in Fernglen Port Elizabeth for two months. She has dementia and can not walk. When you go into this place it stinks of cat urin and feces. The cats walk around there and even climb on the elderly 's beds. She had a big pressure sore on her ankel that went black. After she was moved to another frail care, the sisters inspected her and found another pressure sore on her backside. This was caused by Honeysuckle haven. This is negligence. If you love your family member please don't put them there. These people don't know what they are doing and they are not specialised as they advertise.
