This company is beyond ridiculous. I visited Hooters at Emperors Palace TWO YEARS AGO, and they literally pulled their money from my account on the 6th of Sep 2025. WITHOUT Authorization from me or Notification to me. I have also since gotten a new card, so I have no clue HOW they even managed that. How do you think it's fair to pull money from someone's account 2 years after? When I try contact them via email, no response. Please just give me my money back.

Hooters umhlanga. My wife n i received terrible service from beginning to end. We were sat down n then ignored until I asked for our order to be taken then again ignored throughout the time there. The cherry on top was when I did not tip the waitress another waitress came like a gangster to question why I didn't tip the other 1. I won't visit that place again

What poor customer services, I have been calling multiple times to book a reservation. A women answers and cuts the call each time... I could literally hear her put the phone down.... on the 5th attempt I get through to someone only for them to say they are fully booked . They could have said that initially.

Good Afternoon. Employee : Roshana Gafoor Hooters Emperor's Palace As been told by above employee. Hooters Emperor's doesn't pay their employee's and causes stress not only to their employees but their families aswell. Roshana Gafoor has a child and rent due - however every month is suffering due to Hooter's payment delays and at times no payment at all. This is terrible due to the amount of hours they work , but due to low income in the store and Hooters their employees must suffer. Roshana Gafoor doesn't not get a salary till middle of the month , works every week and is a hard worker however as been told , doesn't get paid on time including her salaries. Please can Hooters address this with their financial team as employees are suffering due to none payment for their hard earns. Thank you.

For the last 3 years kids eat free on Sundays, as a single parent with 2 kids, it's never been an issue, however today in order to qualify for the deal, I have to order 2 meals, so my kids can eat free, yet the food item we wanted still is out of stock,( only for the Last 2 years) yet it's still on the menu, ) also strange that this new rule I've just been told has come from the kitchen staff,,... I'll let head office international and Canada know, so that this can be clearly stated in the kiddies/ menu in writing.

Poor service from one of the waitresses. She messed up the ****tail order and had the nerve to blame me and say I should’ve been more specific. Bad attitude. I was a regular here but after this bad experience I’ll be limiting my visits.

Went to Hooters Ruimsig on the 29th June. Upon payment the waitress said payment showed unauthorized, so we swiped again. The next day we realized two payments of R1400 per transaction went through. I drove through on Monday the 1st July, and was told by the manager that the bank should reverse one of the transactions but because it's Bidvest we should give it 48 hours. If not we had to provide a statement of account showing funds were not reversed in order to get a refund. We waited until Thursday, went back with all the proof and was assured problem would be resolved. It is now the 11th July and still no refund or response?!?! What is going on here??? Hooters South Africa Hooters Ruimsig ?? I find it disgusting that we support you weekly and now have to resort to social media in the hope to get a response!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE....
