Make money not save lives
After reading on Hello Peter I decided I will tell my story. And i am not the only one that had this experience: My dog had a swollen face in the front just overnight. I took him to the vet and they said its an abscess, which was fine, got meds after, but the next few days it got bigger and meds werent working. So the doc removed another tooth without telling us he just said they removed more abscess. It didnt get better and they took a biopsy. So another 2 weeks go by and i dont hear anything and the dog got worse took him again just to find out the biopsy was never sent because they lost it in theatre, i was like what???. Then they decided to remove another tooth.Still not getting better i return and i saw Dr. Michelle what i found out was shocking. She was the only one that said he must go for a CT and see a specialist from the 3rd week already but the othe dr's insisted it was an absces. Now you must know its nearly 2 and a half month down the line and nearly 30k. Go to specialist he says they need to do other test. They confirmed it was a tumor and they cant cut it out. He then ask for the history and test results from Herm**** and he asked me but why did they not send him a month ago when nothing worked. He could then have removed the tumor and we could have saved his life. So I want to say Dr. Michelle you were my child's angel as for the rest it was a money making thing to me not to save a life and caused my child's death.

BEST Vet
Had a potential pet emergency on Saturday at 20h45. Called emergency number and Doc Michelle was most helpful suggesting how to sort the problem. She also offered to drive to Stanford at that hour of the night. My dog was fine by the morning - and Dr Michelle called 4 times and sent a text message asking after my dog's health! What great service Thank you Dr Michelle.

Money talks
Terrible. Took our hurt kitten to them. They told us they could help if we paid a deposit. We paid it as instructed, but they told us we should pay double. They kept on changing the quote. When we confronted them they told us they don't trust us as we owed a small amount at their onrus branch. Now our kitten is gone. All they care about is money. We are heartbroken. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

My cat Lilly-Billy had tick fever. Service was very good and he was on his way to recover. Playing, running around his old normal self. He was just not eating well. On Thursday 23rd December 2021 he went for his 2nd last injection at Herm**** Animal Hospital. Dr Dirk attended to him. I mentioned to him he is not eating well. What a mistak!! He recommended some tests that was all negative. Yet he give my baby without my permission a injection that cause black spots on his brain. According to another Dr a last result.. My baby was no last result. I was not happy but it was done. The end result Lilly-Billy was never the same we got home and he was just lying there. He died a terrible death early Xmas morning. I keep Dr Dirk personally responsible for his death. Worst part I payed him R1136 to kill Lilly-Billy ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Private hospital on par with pathetic government institutions
My aunt is in a serious condition in this hospital, no drip or any feeding since Thursday, lying with soiled clothing for how long. Is this a reputable institution?
