bad service
I have been waiting for connection since Dec 2020 Afrihost deceived by modern in a day still waiting to day should i upgrade my Telkom contract.?

No service/response
This company is the worst domain hosting company ever. They do not reply to emails or telephone calls. I needed an urgent assist to take down a page from my website earlier this year, I was at threat of legal action and it took them 4 weeks to respond. Following this, I cancelled my account with them 6 months ago and they are still deducting my debit order!!!

No service/response
This company is the worst domain hosting company ever. They do not reply to emails or telephone calls. Host connection - no response after 6 weeks
Below is an email trail of my correspondence to Host Connection. To date I have had no response other than an automated response that they received my email. I tried calling the tel no noted on the automated response ( and their website) and it says that they do not take phone calls. Phillip Israelsohn Good day I sent an email to your company on the 26 January (see below) Other than a read receipt, I have received absolutely no response !! Now 6 weeks later I am still having the same problems with my email. This is extremely poor service and I expect feedback as a matter of urgency !! If I do not get feedback by tomorrow I will contact ‘’ Hello Peter “ I will also be cancel my hosting with your company. No Response or Service
I have mailed Host Connection endless amounts of time to assist with resetting our KonsoleH login as for some reason the password no longer works. We urgently need to make some changes to our emails. It has been more than 2 weeks with probably more than 20 support tickets logged already. They do not have any telephonic support and do simply not reply to the mails. I am very unhappy with their service and personally going to do everything in my power to change service providers as soon as possible is I do not get any reply from them.
