<p>I started my own online business just over a year ago, and at the advice of a "Guru" in the digital marketing space, went with HostJill as my website hosting service provider. </p> <p> </p> <p>I duly purchased a three-year and a one-year plan, which was beyond easy - such great service...until they actually had to provide it... The support and hosting that HostJill profess to provide proved to be elusive - my websites were hardly ever "up" - I queried this without any response from HostJill. It seems they were quite content to take my money and not show up. </p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually tired of this and cancelled both plans (and moved over to amazing WebAfrica). I cancelled the one plan in March 2016 and I am still being billed by HostJill on a monthly basis, despite correspondence from them that my debit order had been cancelled. I cancelled the three-year plan less than a year in and have requested a refund of the $297 debited to my account because technically these services have not been provided to me, but have been told to get lost. I fail to see how and why HostJill's inability to provide a service should become my problem. </p> <p>I am sick and tired of poor customer service. If you are thinking of using HostJill, don't!! </p>
