Cube Hotel doesnt give a **** for Customer Service

I absolutely shocking service. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are essentials when I travel. This place Promised both but had neither. No wifi. Was told the connection was poor but couldn’t reset it because it was in a locked office. I would like a part refund because my time here has been wasted Receptionist couldn’t be bothered to phone owner/manager to open the office to reset the Wi-Fi. Airconditioning had a terminal illness. Never again
