<p>1. I made a reservation with booking.com for Hotel Cube Durban</p> <p>2. Arrival date 05/05/2017 Departing 07/05/2017</p> <p>3. Once you enter your card details and submit A MESSAGE POPS UP YOU NOT ABLE TO CANCEL AND YOU NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND</p> <p>4. THIS IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY !!!!!</p> <p>5. On Saturday, 25/03/2017 a transaction of R664.05 was processed on my card and to date NO REFUND!!!!!</p> <p>6. I had no use of their facilities !!!!!!</p>
