Hotmart sells digital products at a certain price, but as soon as you buy the course, they add other recurring amounts with your permission, such as http://workingwithshadow.com/. They advertise the course on social media for $14.95, but add $21.99 and $139.00 without your knowledge or permission. They paid me back the $21.99 but refuse to pay me back the $14.99 and $139.00. They don't give any explanation for what the two added amounts were.

Hotmart is a bunch of ****mers.
I've seen an advert to enter the MegaMillions lottery draw, I entered and instead Hotmart sent me acknowledgement that I am now on their website. I didn't ask for this, but to get a refund they run you in circles so that you can't get anywhere.

I had a terrible experience with Witmart and Smith. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R275,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Witmart and Smith and would advise others to stay away from them.
