Upset customer
I am so upset with your service. I have canceled a contract because of poor service and empty promises but I am still debited R75 for Hotspotter Every month, the debit order cannot be reversed or stopped. I was told these services would be canceled after 21 days but still am being debited. Please fix this issue and return all my R75 from January to date

Unidentified debit orders from Hotspotter
Unidentified debit orders being deducted from my bank account. I have not signed any contracts nor debit orders. This has been going on since 2020. I have tried to dispute these debit orders on my banking app, but to no avail.

Unidentified debit orders from Hotspotter
Unidentified debit orders being deducted from my bank account. I have not signed any contracts nor debit orders. This has been going on since 2020. I have tried to dispute these debit orders on my banking app, but to no avail.

Hotspotter
I've been charged for a Hotspotter that I never took and as I've been doing a follow up on this requesting ind the superiors to call me I never got help on to be told that I will no get a refund as it's a month to month payment.

Bad service
I took a data contract in which they added a hotspotter to it. I called them to ask about duplicate debit order. I was told to also email my bank statement and still the deduction continued. And their consultants I can't say much about them gosh.

Bad service
In the month of January 2022 I upgraded my decoder and the lady who assisted me told me about on air/hot spotter. I informed her that I was not interested. End of March my account was debited an amount of R159. Again end of April my account was debited an amount of R159. I queried On Air and request for proof of me taking up the product but nothing came. I was only told my account will be closed and nothing about my hard earned refund of R318. I was told that the item was available for me to use of I never used, further more I was told of another possible debit. I am completely unsatisfied with the way they conduct business, it's suspecious. Negative rating from me.

Illegally activity
I have been getting deductions of R99 from my account and I did not sign for anything, when I stop the debits and desput, they somehow find a way to debit money from my account the following month. Can I please get help on how to stop this illegal debit from happening. I went on the internet to get their contact details, they have a WhatsApp number +27 61 101 8827 and an email addresssupport@hotspotter.co.za, still waiting for their response.

Refusal to cancel debit orders
I have been sending emails to Hotspotter, Rescuebox and Safetybox for many months now and they refuse to remove the debit orders against my account. All 3 companies give the same person as the 'contact person' for queries (Serena Govender) and I am sure that this person does not exist. I get emails saying that the debt orders still went through because of a 20 day cancellation period which they have on their system - but after many emails over many months they are still active. NEVER EVER do business with any one of these companies.
