Excellent Service and Quality!
House of Champions did an amazing job with our trophies and medals. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Delivery was on time and the final products looked fantastic — definitely recommend them for any awards or engraving needs

I'm absolutely loving my experience at House of Champions Academy! The training environment is top-notch - the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need to take your skills to the next level. But what really sets House of Champions apart is the supportive staff. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand. And then there's the community - it's like one big, supportive family! The vibe is always positive and uplifting, making it easy to show up and give your best. Poor service and inadequate medals
I'm very disappointed in their service and quality of medals. First I received the wrong medals and had to wait for the correct ones. Then someone calls me a day before I need the medals and tells me it will only arrive on Monday. When I told her I need them today then she told me I have to go fetch the medals myself at the airport. So I had to collect it myself and when I opened the bag I saw some medals had the wrong print and the dome on some of them were loose so I had to fix them so they could be ready the next morning. So the quality of their service and medals makes me feel that I can rather use another company so I can get the product I pay for and talk to workers that care for their customers.

Ordered trophies for our school science fair. While 1 trophy had a minor defect House of Champions customer service promptly addressed the issue and replaced it.Impressed with their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
