BAD!BAD!BAD!

Ordered dining chairs from Jabu based on an online photo.

1. Poor workmanship. 2. Wrong size - chairs clearly too small but they want to dispute that. Thin wooden legs. Wrong shape. 3. Detail done wrong. Finishing stitches and buttons done wrong but they insist it's right. Diamond details folded instead of stitching. 4. Jabu will promise you that "you should not worry about quality", with a smile but he does not do quality checks. I had to return the chairs first time around because they completely missed an important detail. He wanted to negotiate a discounted price instead of fixing. 5. Upon rejecting the chairs, I was slapped with an unwritten policy that rejecting the final product makes me liable for material used. He refunded me my money but kept the amount for material (which he has messed up). 6. We are in courts as a result!
