House of Pools Excellent Service
House of Pools excellent service, quick turnaround time and Quality Workmanship. They kept me informed all the time. Work was completed in promised time frame and kept very neat and tidy at all time****cellent job done its nice to see that some companies still keep to a quality service standard. Thankyou Anestos it was a pleasure to deal with you.

House of Pools Excellent Service

House of pools installation
House of pools was one of 3 companies approached. Quote was competitive. Some things I did not like in the contract and Anestos was more that accommodating with the changes I made (after we discussed it). Pool construction proceeded smoothly with regular updates and videos/pics. Handover was good. Some issues after the pool was handed over and these were handled well although it did take one or two goes to get the issue sorted out. Anestos was always available and happy to sort out the issue that arose. The only quibble was a subcontractor who broke a drain cover that was not repaired as it should have been but to be fair the drain cover was in a state of disrepair prior to construction commencing

Profesional pool repairs
Based on a recommendation from one of ou neighbours, I approached Anestos Ralph of Houes of Pools due to a leak in my swimming pool. Anestos was very friendly and professional and replace my pool’s weir and piping very neatly in one day only

No after service
Anestos installed us a splashpool in January 2019. He was on time everytime time till the job was completed. After service does not exist and when he makes an appointment with you, he's never on time. We had a swimming pool leak after three months of completion and it took us about two months to get him back to come and fix it. The swimming pool has a slow leak....this is already July and we still have a problem to get him and come and fix the work. He always have long stories why he took this long to come to me. He always have bigger jobs to complete otherwise he does not get his payment. So, I'm not a client this important to him anymore due to the fact we paid him already??? Really??? Think twice before make use of his service.

From the day we met to the handove everything about Arnestos was sincere.He delivered on everythinh he promised and always kep us in the loop as to what is going on.</p> <p>Hi commitment and passion, coupled with his knowledge of pools is unsurpassd. Apart from checking on everything he also came back two weeks later to connect the pool cleaner, as well as leaving us with a message of assurance to contact him anytime to inquire on any working parts on the pump, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Arnestos, you are a true gentleman and you bring credibility to your industry!!</p> <p> </p> <p>May your company go from strength to strength.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last, but not least, the pricing becomes irrelevant, however was indeed fair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Allan Daniels - Midstream</p>

Awesome pool and Great Service from House of Pools
I would like to thank Ralph Anestos from House of Pools and his team for build it a beautiful pool for me and my family. <br> Choosing a supplier can be very difficult but from day one I met Anestos, he left me a good impression and was convinced he is the man for the job. More importantly, I was not just one of the customers to him, he was very accessible and always available to answer questions. Interesting enough, his price was also reasonable.<br> <br> His foreman Willie was outstanding. <br> <br> If you want a beautiful pool and great service at a reasonable price, then I would highly recommend HOUSE OF POOLS. <br>

great pool revamp
Anestos won the race of quotes with his confident knowledge of pools. He is very capable and passionate about job. Ours was a very old pool and needed a facelift. After sitting together and designing the new look, we now have a beautiful oasis to enterain all our friends and family. The compliments never seize. He did a stellar job!
