Would not recommend this business to anyone. Shoddy service and don’t care attitude. Mercia the owner is sour and doesn’t know how to treat customers respectfully. I had a horrible experience in that I liked a dress, but asked if they would order the same size and style in another colour. The dress finally arrived and when I went to try it on it was much too big for me. They made me pay for the original dress as Mercia told me they would have to have another dress made up specifically, in another colour. I was okay to do that as really liked the style of the dress. However, I made it quite clear that I now should not be liable to pay for the alterations to the new dress as the dress was the wrong size and it was clearly not my fault. She fobbed me off by saying that she specifically had to get another dress maker to make the dress as the other one wasn’t available and that they work according to different sizes. An excuse so ridiculous, it was pointless to argue with her. Suffice to say, I am now going to take the dress to be altered to someone else and will never set foot in these premises again. Only Pumla, the lady who helps with the fittings, showed me some respect and kindness. Totally unprofessional business.

Had THE worst experience at HSC. Terrible service. Consultants didn't pay attention and didn't made us feel welcome. Unfriendly people who doesn't show interest in helping find the perfect dress, rather pushing clothes that we don't like down our throats just to try and make a sale. Never felt so uncomfortable while shopping in my life before. I will never go back to HSC, nor refer anybody there. If I could rate HSC honostly, I would give a -5 star rating.

Lynnwood branch,Pretoria. I had a really bad and disappointing experiece in thís shop.I had an appóintment for 12h00.I went inside,but nobody even looked at me or just guided me.I asked one of the staff which one is person who made the appointment with me.I got treated like trash.I overheard a customer talking to her adult child,the•••• on the first floor.I then asked the same rude assistent where I could go up to the first floor...She answered me,bút what I asked and told me she will call the person.She talked to me in such a way that I went outside to my husband,told him I'm nót going to being treated in the same way and we had to go.There were mány assistents. They HUMILIATE CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS NO BASIC HUMAN RESPECT --‐RECOGNITION OR JUST A GOOD AND FRIENDLY WORD FROM THAT PEOPLE. IF JUST SÓMEONE THINK TO GO THERE, PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR CHOICE. THEY HAVE TO LEARN TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE NÓ IDEA HOW TO COPE WITH MORE THAN ONE CUSTOMER AT A GIVEN TIME. THEY JUST NOT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING. "SO WHAT!? I bought a dress on 11 November 2018 for R3999. It needed alterations and I was to pick it up 13 Nov at 10:00. When I arrived at 12:00 I was given the wrong dress. Searching, flurry my dress was with the sewing lady and NO alterations had been done. On demanding my money back I was brushed off and told the dress would be ready at 18:00. Dressing for my daughters wedding I saw that the alterations looked like it was done by a child. The dress had a bubble from the front, stitches showing in the V neck (that was not in the middle) and from the back the one side did not look like the other side. I had been emailing with Mercia the owner and given the option of R2000 paid back after inspection, a R250-R500 voucher and them keeping the dress. The stress with this all I did not need with the wedding stress. The whole incident was so unprofessional and uncourteous. I cannot change the whole day, the stress, the photos taken with the dress looking as it did, me being selfconcious and not relaxing and enjoying the day, being felt like a criminal on demanding our money back.

I want EVERYONE out there to be pay attention to do business with HSC. I bought a suit at their store which I returned 4 days later in exact the same condition as I received it with the invoice, all the tags and even the plastic that was over the garment. I explained to the saleslady what my problem was and she promised me that she would resell it within a week and I should not stress anylonger. The manager Mercia REFUSED to refund me. After NUMEROUS whatsapp conversations she always had one excuse after the other. She agreed eventionally to pay me back but till today I have not received ONE CENT. BE careful before buying anything from the House if Superior Clothing as their service is NOT AS SUPERIOR!!! The Manager does nit understand any reason and is not reliable and even not friendly to her clients as one should expect from a shop like hers.
