Extremely Disappointed with Houterasies

I placed my order with Houterasies on 9 March, and only received the final part of my order three days before my wedding on 22 October — over seven months later!

Throughout the process, communication was poor and extremely frustrating. Half of the printing was incorrect and had to be redone. The engraving was *****ed, and the overall quality was very disappointing.

To make things worse, my husband’s tie and belt were ordered in hazelnut brown, but they arrived in two completely different colours. I was promised that replacements would be sent with the order, but they were never included in the package. I was led to believe I’d receive the correct items, and only two days before the wedding I realised I needed to urgently find a replacement tie myself.

After months of stress, delays, and poor-quality products, I cannot recommend this business at all. Even though their prices may seem affordable, the lack of reliability, bad communication, and poor workmanship make it absolutely not worth it.

This is a serious warning to anyone considering ordering from Houterasies — I truly hope my experience prevents others from going through the same disappointment.
