HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH Colin Howell real Estate

Howell Real Estate is a sham. Did not pay the deposit into our account. Tenants are moving out and we are short. We have to pay interest on Monies we did not hold to begin with. He made promises to the tenant without informing us or putting in the lease.

The owner is a not professional and is a crook. He has been paying the deposit to us in bits and pieces. Becareful when dealing with this agent, not everything is above board. He is out to make a quick buck.
