Hoxies KZN must have the worste service when it comes to dealing with distribution to retailers. Yesterday after making a payment for 2 cases of fishbI confirm that the fish will be delivered to me today. Around 1pm I make a call to ask where about is the delivery van. The Rep named Riaz than starts telling me they will speak to a one Naomi. This Naomi than claims I've paid and insufficient amount for the qouted fish I have paid for. Minutes later Hoxies Rep claims the stock is there with them but they will not make delivery today. I ask why and he tells me they have to let it sleep overnight. I've just lost customers, money and valuable time trying to deal with the matter at hand.
